Gas Fireplace Service: >
The unit(s) will be completely dismantled and cleaned and all components checked. We will replace the lava rocks, embers, and paint the firebox, this is only if it's necessary. Then the unit will be put back together and fired up. The components will be re-checked to determine whether they are operating within the proper milli-volts levels. We will check the flame height, coloration, and check for carbon monoxide. We will answer any of your questions, and if necessary, train you on the unit(s). The process usually takes 30 to 60 minutes per unit.

As with all gas fireplaces, proper maintenance should be done once a year to prevent unnecessary problems and prolong the life of the unit(s).

HELPFUL SERVICE TIPS:

DO NOT operate your unit(s) on the day of service. We are unable to work on a unit that has been running. It will be too hot and take a while to cool down. As a result, we will have to reschedule the appointment.

DO NOT take the unit apart to save time and money. It does neither. Jimmy will look at the placement of the logs and any marking on them as part of his diagnostic screening.

Do have any paperwork on the unit(s) available, if possible. This is not necessary, but helpful.

Do have extra batteries on hand to change in the remote and/or receiver, if they need changing. We do stock batteries on the truck if you do not have any.

We hope you find these tips helpful and we are looking forward to the opportunity to servicing you in the future.
